What to Expect After Applying
- We will review your prior experience and applicable skills to determine if your background meets the requirements for the opening for which you applied. Applications remain active for a period of 60 days.
- If selected as a possible candidate, a human resources representative will contact you. During this initial contact, a phone interview will be conducted. Be prepared to further explain any of your experience or background.
- If chosen as a candidate for the position, you can expect to begin our selection process. The selection process will usually include at least 2 interviews (1 with human resources & 1 with a member of management).
- The screening process will consist of a thorough background check. The background check will include reference checks, criminal background investigation, credit report and bondability.
- If selected as a final candidate for a position, a pre-employment drug screening examination will be required.
- Typically, the selection process can last from a few days or a couple of weeks from the date of initial screening.
